Chassis:
This Miura SV was commissioned by French industrialist Jacques Dembiermont, who was one of the first customers for the original Miura in 1966. As an important client, he could order the Miura SV with some custom features. These included a Jota-inspired engine with dry-sump lubrication and a limited-slip differential. It was finished in metallic gold or Oro Metallizzato and delivered to Dembiermont in the spring of 1971. He would retain the car for a decade and it then spent time in the South of France, Norway and England before joining a prominent Belgian collection. It has been restored to the highest standards by specialists Carrozzeria Autosport and Top Motors. The current custodian has used the car extensively for cross-continental drives and also competed with it in the Tour Auto. Along with the rest of his collection, it was consigned to the 2020 Gooding & Co. Passion of a Lifetime sale.
