Sold new through Luigi Chinetti Motors in New York, this is one of the very last Ferrari 250 GT Lussos built. It remained on the East Coast for decades, in the hands of prominent collectors. In more recent years, it was carefully restored by Fast Cars of Redondo Beach, California. At this time, it was finished in the period-correct colour scheme of Amaranto with a beige leather interior. Since the restoration, it has not been shown in public, and instead was consigned to the Gooding & Company's second Geared Online sale, scheduled for the end of October, 2020.
