Featured is one of the last 906s produced, complete with the experimental Fuel Injection engine and long tail body. After being raced in the 1967 24 Hours of Daytona race it was entered very successfully in American races first by Otto Zipper and later by Vasek Polak. It dominated a variety of American road racing series in 1967 and 1968, scoring many victories, which makes it one of the most successful 906s ever. It is seen here at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering where it won best in class.
