Chassis:
A works car, this 155 TS was pressed into service during the final two race weekends of the 1994 British Touring Car Championship for Gabriele Tarquini. At the Silverstone race, he placed second in the first heat, which was sufficient to be crowned champion. Tarquini then won the second heat to end the championship weekend in style. At the Donington season finale, Tarquini was less successful, retiring from the first heat and placing fourth in the second. Chassis 90080 was subsequently used for pre-season testing in 1995 before it was restored to its championship winning configuration. Alfa Corse's Giorgio Pianta then presented the car to Gabriele Tarquini as a superb reward for his 1994 title winning effort. From Tarquini's stable, it was consigned to the 2021 RM Sotheby's Milan sale.
