Through VĂ©hicule Paris Montceau, this Miura was sold to its first private owner, Jack R., who was a Paris based shirt-maker. He also had a store in St. Tropez and regularly used the Miura to make the cross-country journey. As a result, the Miura had covered around 8,000 km in its first six months. Sadly, Jack R. took his own life before the end of 1968 and shortly thereafter the Lamborghini was offered for sale. Among the next owners was Paul Bouvot, who was a stylist that worked at Peugeot. He regularly brought the car to the Peugeot factory and also picked up his son from the barracks during his army service. Between 1969 and 2005, it had only two further owners and was then acquired by an enthusiast from the French Burgundy area. He had the Miura carefully restored, conserving the beautiful original interior. In immaculate condition, it was then consigned to the 2021 Artcurial Monaco sale with three other cars from the collection.
