Chassis:
The fifth and final T70 Mk2 Spyder built in 1965, this example was sold new through American distributor John Mecom. Fitted with a Ford engine but un-raced, it was then acquired by Jerry Crawford. He had the T70 finished with a white and blue livery. Crawford raced the car during the 1966 and 1967 seasons with considerable success. He won five SCCA events, using both a Chrysler and Chevrolet V8 to power the T70. In August of 1968, it was placed in long-term storage. The car finally re-appeared in 1992 when it was sold through Chris Fox to Nigel Kemp. He would go on to sell the distinct white and blue T70 to David Clark in 2006. Between 2009 and 2011, it was completely restored by Foxcraft Engineering for a subsequent. From 2011, it has been in the hands of a noted German collector and historic racer that has regularly campaigned the car at major events.
