Chassis:
The second of three C30 LMs chassis built ahead of the 1993 season, this is car is a veteran of four 24 Hours of Le Mans races. As a C30 LM, it was raced to 11th in 1993 by Pierre Yver, Jean-Louis Ricci and Jean-François Yvon. The following year, as a C32 LM, it finished seventh with Ricci, Philippe Olczyk and Andy Evans sharing the driving duties. In 1996, it was rebuilt as the C36 Le Mans Prototype and enterd for Mario Andretti, Jan Lammers and Derek Warwick. The started 11th and eventually finished 13th at Le Mans. In 1997 Andretti was back at the helm of chassis 010, sharing with son Michael and Olivier Grouillard. Sadly, an accident ended the car's Le Mans finishing streak. Following several International Sports Racing Series outings, it was retired from contemporary racing at the end of 1997.
Retained by Yves Courage, it was shown in C36 guise at the Manoir Automobile museum in Lohéac for 25 years. In 2018, it was finally sold to its first private owner. He immediately commissioned Courage to restore the car to its original, C30 LM, configuration. The C36 bodywork was preserved and the car could be converted back to Le Mans Prototype configuration if needed. Through William I'Anson, chassis 010 was sold on shortly after the restoration work was completed. At the 2022 Mugello Classic, the next custodian returned the Courage racer to the track, competing in the Group C category.
