Chassis:
The very last 250 Europa GT built, this example was delivered new to Belgian distributor Jacques Swaters early in 1956. It was finished in grey metallic and with a green roof and a Connolly leather interior. Shortly after being completed, it was shown at the Brussels Motor Show. Swaters would own the car until 1957 and it remained in Belgium until 1966. The car was then sold to the United States and then returned to Europe in the early 1990s. It was back in North America a decade later and restored by Brian Hoyt and Patrick Ottis. It was shown at a variety of events and then sold to a Swiss collector. He decided to consign the car to the 2022 Bonhams Quail Lodge auction.
