Chassis:
One of the first two C5-R competition cars built, chassis 002 debuted at the official test for the 1999 Daytona 24 Hours. Finished in Goodwrench colours, it was raced by Scott Sharp, Andy Pilgrim and John Heinricy at Daytona and Sebring with little success. Later in the year, it also appeared in the Petit Le Mans where it placed 13th overall. In 2000, it was used again at Daytona and Sebring, before it was shipped to France for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Raced by Kelly Collins, Andy Pilgrim and Franck Fréon, it finished tenth overall and third in class behind two Vipers. Not raced again, it was eventually sold to a private collector. Still wearing its 2000 Le Mans colours, it is now part of the collection of a French historic racer.
