A new car built ahead of the 2008 season, this was one of the RSRs fielded by the IMSA Performance Matmut team in the Le Mans Series and FFSA GT Championship. It was driven by Michel Lecourt with a choice of co-drivers. Lecourt was back behind the wheel together with Richard Balandras in 2009 when this car was fielded in the International GT Open Championship. The RSR was eventually sold but never used and it remained with IMSA Performance until the fall of 2022. It was then acquired by British specialists Maxted-Page. Over the winter, it was comprehensively rebuilt in-house. At the 2023 Mugello Classic, it was raced for the first time since 2009.
