Chassis:
Having entered the unique C91 in four races, it was parked by Brun Motorsport at the end of the 1991 season. Walter Brun would own the car through to March of 1994, when it joined the long-term collection of an American enthusiast. Properly maintained, it was used for several track-day events between 1998 and 2003 at Daytona and Sebring. Having owned the car for 25 years, it was entrusted to the Ascott Collection in Paris to find a new custodian. It was acquired by a French historic racer with an impressive fleet of Group C cars in his stable. It was prepared for historic racing by specialists Scott Sport and first entered in the 2023 Spa Classic. Appropriately hampered by a gearbox issue, it did not race. Entered later in the year for the Dix Mille Tours, C91-001 was driven to two commanding victories by Alex Müller.
