Delivered new to Konrad Motorsport, this S7-R was first raced at the Vallelunga round of the 2001 European Le Mans Series by Franz Konrad and Walter Brun. They finished tenth overall and third in class. The next outing was the Petit Le Mans where Brun and compatriot Toni Seiler failed to reach the finish due to a mechanical issue. For the 2002 season, the Saleen was raced at Sebring, Le Mans and the Petit Le Mans by Konrad Motorsport. Only used for the Le Mans Test in 2003, chassis 014R was pressed back into service for the 2004 FIA GT Championship. The car was qualified on pole position for the Magny Cours, Hockenheim, Donington and Oschersleben rounds but a fifth at Magny Cours was ultimately the best result of the year. Ahead of the 2005 season, it was sold to the Polish RAM Racing team, who continued to field it in the FIA GT Championship. The next custodian was the ARC Bratislava team, who raced the car in select events into the 2009 season. Chassis 014R was eventually restored to its 2002 24 Hours of Le Mans configuration. Owned by a Greek historic racer, it made its historic racing debut at the 2024 Spa Classic.
