Chassis:
Through Porsche Zentrum München, this 935 was sold to its first, German owner in 2019. It was finished in Agate Grey Metallic and equipped with an extensive list of options including an electronically controlled locking differential, ceramic composite brakes and an uprated cooling system. It was prepared for racing by Herberth Motorsport and wrapped in a Carrera Toys and Revell livery. It was raced in the 2019 Porsche Motorsport GT2 Supersportscar weekend at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. It finished eighth overall and second in the 935 class. Carrera Toys subsequently made a scale model to commemorate this very car. Since its outing at Spa, it has been used sparingly, before it was consigned to the 2024 RM Sotheby’s Tegernsee sale.
