Chassis:
The 16th Ferrari F40 LM produced by Michelotto, this example was sold to its first private owner through Ferrari of North America. He had no intention of racing the car and kept it in his private collection until 1999 when it was sold to Australia through Michael Sheehan. Following a brief spell in the hands of Stéphane Ratel during the second half of the 2000s, it was enjoyed by two French enthusiasts during the next decade. After a Mexican sojourn, it was acquired by another American enthusiast, who commissioned a restoration from Michelotto during the first half of 2024. Shortly after the work was completed, it was demonstrated at the Goodwood Festival of Speed by Luca Drudi, a period F40 LM racer.
