Chassis:
Completed in July of 1971, this is one of seven Miura SVs finished in Arancio Miura. However, shortly before its delivery to its first private owner, it was repainted in light green, while the tan interior was preserved. That first owner was German racing driver Hubert Hahne, who was also a Lamborghini distributor. The car remained in Germany and changed hands several times before it was acquired by legendary collector Peter Kaus in the early 1980s and displayed in Rosso Bianco Museum for three decades. It was painted red when photographed for the official catalogue and a picture of the odometer read 63,101 km. When the museum was disbanded, the Miura was sourced by Miura expert Simon Kidston, who had it comprehensively restored by Carrozzeria Cremonini between 2014 and 2016. The total expenses for the work tallied close to €300,000. Still retaining all its matching number major components, it was consigned to the 2025 Broad Arrow Auctions The Amelia Auction.
