Chassis: 1049
Built in 1925, this Duesenberg with chassis number 1049 and engine number 1441, was fitted with the 'standard' Phaeton body. It is one of the rare surviving Model A Duesenbergs and was fully restored some time ago and has since been well taken care off. In January 2006 it was offered by Gooding in their Palm Beach International, a Concours d'Elegance sale. Unfortunately the highest bid did not meet the reserve set ahead of the auction.
