Chassis:
Clothed in all-enveloping body and fitted with the 1100cc version of the twin-cam engine, chassis 1122 was sold new to the United States. It was extensively raced on the West Coast scoring victories in the Pebble Beach and Palm Springs road races. It also starred in the 1954 motion picture 'The Fast and the Furious'. Eventually the lovely OSCA ended up in French hands and was extensively raced in historic events. It is seen here during the 2006 and 2010 Monaco Historic Grands Prix. Since then the car has passed back into American ownership.
