Chassis:
The fifth of seven FW15Cs produces, chassis 5 was pressed into service for the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim. It was immediately driven to what would be Alain Prost's final Grand Prix victory. The Frenchman had also qualified the FW15C on pole. Rebuilt to its German Grand Prix winning configuration, it was sold to a prominent American collector. It later ended up in the equally impressive collection of a German enthusiast. Expertly run by Lanzante Motorsport, it was driven at the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed by Damon Hill and Renault/Nissan executive Carlos Tavares.
