Chassis:
Chassis 0716TR was raced by factory drivers Luigi Musso and Olvier Gendebien in the 1958 Buenos Aires 1000 km race. An accident ended their race prematurely. The 250 TR was repaired back in Maranello and then sold to a Brazilian. He raced the car quite successfully in local events. Still in Brazilian ownership, the car was fitted with a GTO style body by Piero Drogo. In the 1980s, this was rectified by Fantuzzi and more recently the car was restored thoroughly again, this time by Neil Twyman. It is seen here post-restoration at the 2006 Quail, a Motorsports Gathering. It has since joined a prominent American collection.
