Chassis:
Chassis 1114 was the first and only 4CS 1100 built in 1932. Fitted with a very elegant Brianza body, it was was one of the stars at the Milan Auto Show that year. Although constructed as a road car, it was later raced. It eventually ended up in the African desert where it was fortunately rescued by a British Army officer. He raced the car briefly after the War and then it disappeared from the radar. After a lengthy restoration, the car reappeared at the 2000 International Classic Car Show in Birmingham. It is seen here at the 2001 Techno Classica on the Lukas Huni stand.
