I have Golf IV GTI 1.8 Turbo 150hp and gained 190hp i have bought it from Germany and don't know what exactly it has but I see big intercooler in front and know it has chip MAGNAFLOW PERFORMANCE EXHAUST blow-off valve and I want to know if i can get 6 speed gearbox to my Golf and does this improve it's performance and what kind of air filter is better a panel sport air filter or air kit induction |
WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO WITH A DIESEL? |

I have a GOLF IV GTI 150 hp and with some works (not too much expensive at really) like turbo pressure, head, exhaust, aspiration, intercooler, cams and eprom chip my car now have 207 hp tested. It take 245 km/h and 0/100 km/h in 6,9 s. 39,5 kgms It's really brutal in acceleration and funny to drive in city traffic. That's all with 2000. You can't do it with a TDI because if you take over 165/175 hp your engine will wreck in 2/3 month, believe me i'm a italian mechanic. |
WISH IT HAD A TDI! |

One could after market the Gulf TDI far less than the GTI 132 purchase price. With proper tuning the TDI will out perform the VR6 and the 1.8T The best part about the TDI is, it will still get 49 mpg or better. |
