 Info from www.toyotasupra.info (Same info as i've received separately from Toyota Japan) 1986.2 : MA70 was called SUPRA for the first time in Japan. Under the Supra's long hood was a 185ps l-6 2.0liter twin turbo engine. And, more powerful 230ps l-6 3.0liter turbocharged engine. The high performance Turbo-A limited came with a 270ps version of the 7MG l-6 turbocharged engine. 1990 : The Supra got a new 280ps 2.5 liter twin turbocharged 1JZ-GTE engine. The TwinTurbo-R which is final model of the A70 Supra got Bilstein dampers and Torsen LSD in order to get best handling.

 "This is a little story that started when me and my mom were going down the highway and a semi truck got on our rear bumper a little too close for my mom.Sooooo my mom pushed the ECT or power button which lets the automatic transmission redline in every gear and punched the pedal to the pavement and sent my head into the seat.The odometer went from 2500 rpm to 6500 rpm so fast that you can't say ""Wow thats a fast car"".When my mom finally let the pedal off the floor the truck was a good 10 to 15 car lengths back.This car is stock.Tell ya what this car has a lot of power."
