This vehicle is sold in Oz as the Mazda Astina SP20. It is a detuned version producing 100 Kw from the 2L motor. However it is a lot better than the standard Mazda 1.8L unit. I have an auto. version (being a self funded retiree). It has plenty of 'get up and go' for me, being a cut above the normal Japanese or Korean sedan or hatch. Excellent appointments inside, and good manoeuverability. However ride is a little firm due to the sports suspension and the low profile tyres. Overall a satisfactory unit for a senior rev-head. |
