This car seems to have everything anyone could want: Great performance, great fuel economy & 4 door practicality in a sports car. As for the look. I love the sporty, yet understated styling. Thid truly is a genre defying car.

honda already has earned the respect of the automotive world. from its early years as the f1 underdogs to being one of the best, if not THE definative daily driver manufacturers. theyre constantly raising the bar for feul efficient FWD cars powered by the most reliable, and powerful (and easily tunable) NA engines. theres no questioning hondas ability to make a beautiful engine, or their marketing tactics. now on to what i really wanted to get at -- hondas design. their daily drivers like the civic, and accord, are always classy, civil, and simple -- sometimes lacking a little heart, sometimes pure minimalistic genius. either way, honda always hits its mark, and their cars never go out of style. then there are their their more upscale models, the s2000 and the Acura NSX which are distinctive, sexy, and in the NSX's case, exotic (if not a little dated). if theres anything bad you can say about this company, its the fact that they dont manufacture rear wheel, or all wheel drive cars, or engines that rarely go over 2 liters, not that they couldnt, its just honda prefers to have total confidence in what they put out. but even thats going to change because R&D over in Japan is looking into unleashing AWD and higher displacement cars. so lets recap: honda makes a lot of excellent daily drivers, and a couple iconic performance oriented cars that look good, and they're now going to compete with manufacturers that produce AWD cars. with all this going for honda, why would they unveil the DN-X, even as a concept car? it might have everything honda fans have been waiting for UNDER the hood, but looks totally uninspired. the shape is dull. the sihlouette is dull. the two tone with the white underbody makes it look like a beached whale. the headlights are forgettable. in fact, the whole car is forgettable. this should not be for a high performance car.. i dont understand how designers can consider this an evolution from the gorgeous NSX. Honda, you have the clout, and consumer loyalty to go all out on a supercar! take a cue from the designers that Lexus has on their team that made the HPX. do something exotic, mysterious, and inspired...we know youll continue to make great looking car for the masses, but please dont confuse your super cars from the civics.

It's an awsome idea. The front looks wierd but the back is sweet. It's finnaly nice to see that acura is finnaly getting some aggresive horsepower. Considering that the car gets better fuel milage than most 4 bangers and has 3 times more horse is amazing.

this is a great car. it looks very futurisic. engine is very good: v6, 3.5 liter, probably gives a lot of power. it has an allwheel drive, but its looks is something that catches your eye. it looks like some ferrarior some other super sport car.

Acura has always done real well with me. Two cars from the Legend to the NSX. I am excited about a car that will take me the extra mile that Acura has been known to do. This isn't a race car like the NSX and the look doesn't seem to bother me.

You know, I just love the new RSX and NSX, but this DNX just makes me sick. Along with the Honda Dualnote, this car is probably the ugliest thing that Acura could have put on the showroom floor, I would rather just take that Renault Espace around town, but I promise you that I will never be seen in this car. Please keep the engine though!

I hear now that Acura is considering the thought of powering the next-gen NSX with the same engine(s) that power this, or the same idea. I don't like the DN-X's look, but in an NSX it sounds like a pretty interesting idea.
