"you know what you're a fucking moron. Volvo will not follow mercedes or bmw or audi because if they do they will lose their own style of automobile manufacturing. I drive a volvo S40 1.9T in toronto, i has only 160hp; yes it doesn't have such ""horsepower"" but it can go up to +170km/h easily. (remember with all that weight and safety) Volvo will not manufacture any drivetrain but AWD and FF because if they do they will lose their no.1 rule: Safety. Volvo in asia also has a very wide market, it is true that not everyone prefer to driving a volvo comparing to a mercedes benz or a bmw but up to 80% of volvo drivers will all go for another volvo because it basically has the best quality of all the needs a driver and a passenger needs (not talking about ""luxurious"") and also volvo is the safest comparing to ALL of the other european cars. Volvo Corp. is very smart in manufacturing their own vehicles making sure that none of their key points go wrong. Don't laugh at or complain on volvo, remember, their corp. is one of the hugest in the world since they concentrate on other things such as airplane propellors, ship engines instead of automotives"
There cool but they lost the cool they used to have.

The most prominent volvo was the 240 turbo. that is what volvo needs again. this car is almost there in the racing aspect but volvo actually needs another unbreakable car. think of the c70 in rear drive, or the s60 awd with the s80's twin turbo six. the c60r is almost there, but volvo needs to follow the examples of bmw, audi, and mercedes. long live the 240t
