the future.... |

Well it seems that MG are no longer to use this car for lemans even though they will still sell it to privateers (intersport, dyson, knighthawk etc..)MG have confirmed that they are going to develope the V8 X80 for leman. Shame, with some work this little car could be a giant slayor. |
The MG is mighty quick |

The MG at Le Mans this year was amazing. It qualified just a second or two off of the pace of the three factory Audis. The car is blazingly fast for a four cylinder engine. And I was thinking that the output of the WRX was pretty good for a 4 cylinder. I wish I could drive 215 mph, but I can't. Personally, I wish I could drive period while at college, but the drivers in New Jersey are ruthless! |
'Almost' best in LMP-675 |

Lola & MG made the fastest LMP-675 car at LeMans this year but they also proved if you want to win you got to finish. This car could outpace much of the LMP-900 class. I think why they had an engine failure is because that 4 cylinder engine was turning to much RPM's down LeMans long straights for 24 hours. The Aero package is fine but I would like to see MG develop a V6 engine like Nissan's V6 for LMP-675 |
