 This specific type 37 is wellknown among all the people who knows just a little about Bugattis,and The true Bugattist who owns the car is as wellknown all over the european continent as his beautyfull car!  Grand Prix racer for the road

 In an era where the Bugatti Type 35 and its variants ruled the Grand Prix scene the Type 37 was the closest one could get to the Grand Prix racer on the road. The ladder frame chassis and suspension are very similar to the race car. Sure 60bhp doesn't sound like much but in its day it was quite much especially considering the small displacement. A modern day Type 37 would by like the Williams FW24 with an M3 engine, lights and fenders, more realistically the McLaren F1 or the Ferrari Enzo. Even more stunning is the fact that this example is completely unrestored and after 75 years still runs and looks really good. A big thumbs up for Bugatti and its owner!!
