"racer-xxx, you wouldn't get an oil change for 100,000 miles? I do believe that oil changes are service, and even a Honda would not last that long without fres oil. You say pop in some NOS? There goes you're lauded insurance rate. Anyone who works hard for their money would not use NOS, lest they destroy their well invested engine. Now for your statement about value and gas mileage. All of these stats are from the official sites. Base Model Price HP Ft/lbs Mileage C230 $25.7K 189 192 23/32 Accord V6 $23.1K 240 212 21/30 Solara SE V6 $23.0K 198 212 20/28 Jetta GLI $22.9K 200 195 21/31 Altima V6 $22.6K 245 246 21/26 Impala $21.5K 180 205 21/32 Mazda 6 $21.1K 220 192 20/27 Camaro V6 $19.0K 200 225 19/31 Mustang V6 $18.3K 193 225 20/29 Keep in mind, the push into your seat is all torque. Horsepower (how long that torque lasts) won't matter unless you're still racing when you hit the last gear. And, if you're racing, your mileage may be as good as the EPA city estimate (21 on the Accord). Seems like the best bang for the buck is the Altima; Camaro if you want to save a few grand." |

I purchased a 2002 Honda Accord Coupe EX V-6 with leather brand new on January 26th of 2002. It is the best. I love everything about the car. My previous car was a 93 Accord and i traded it on the new one. There wasn't anything wrong with my old one I just wanted a new body style. I've put aftermarket headlights and taillights in and done some other modifications to it. It just reached 10,000 miles, and haven't had the first problem. I love it so much it doesn't go out in the rain, snow or extreme heat or cold weather. It stays in a heated garage with a car cover. I'll always drive an Accord. |

"I love this new Accord Coupe V6. With the Six speed coming this Feb. I can't wait to test try it and maybe go home with it. I own a 02 Civic EX Coupe now and love it. For the ones that don't like it, looks: Ok thats a personal opion, but for the Overall car, just take note of how years it made ""Car & Drivers Top Ten List"".""" |

This vehicle will interest those who not only know how to spell, but also those who work hard for their money. When it comes to putting gas in the tank and insuring the vehicle, it wins against the competition hands-down. With some Nitrous Oxide and other mods these engines will provide all of the fast and furious folks with plenty to work with. Anybody who is familiar with Honda's magnificent engine design could enhance a streetlight sleeper like the Accord Coupe into a backroad terror. People should try driving this car. If they are serious buyers in the market, it will be a car that will make sleeping at night difficult until they have one. The car only needs service every 100,000 miles and is the environmental standard bearer of super low emissions. |

It looks a littel bit like ford focus, merkury couger, acura rsx. Its a littel like what i expect from honda. I dont think it will sall big becuse its not realy for eavry race. for exampel my frind travis ( black ) sead no black man will drive one but will ride in one if are crazy crackers frinds buys one. Me (white) I wouldnt mine having one but i reather have somthing eals. now that is not good for eany car compony to have some racec dive serton cars but some genurastion is ok. i know honda didnt mean to design it for use crackers only but its not good fore thim to make it if most people think that whay. I would give it **.hafe stars |
| My thoughts on the matter... |

The Honda Accord is trying to blend in with the new desgin wave that is slowly engulfign the onceboring japanese car industry. witness the Nissan Primera or Micra, The Mitsubishi CZ2/3 concepts, and now honda wants a piece of the action. Good on them for having a go, but, like most attempts when Japanese car makers go for style, it looks rather ungainly. |

The new honda accord kinda looks like the acura cl which isnt really a bad thing i guess, the added power does make it likable |

Looks like Honda is following in Peugeot's footsteps by making their coupe styled differently from the sedan... and throwing in a V6 as well. I guess it worked for Peugeot.... |

| Cougar? |
| flujo 5-8-2002 |
Does anyone else see whispers of the lamentable Mercury Cougar in the design of this 2003 Honda? |
| Good on ya mates. |

Its' good to see Honda finally work out a different solution to the usual coupe flavour found in the US. Way better than the Toyota Camry Solara, but I think it looks a bit too much like a Nissan Altima. |
