| The Potential is unlimited! |

I don't know if any of you own an Audi TT but i have a silver 2000 TT Quattro. The cars response to the driver is incredible. I have driven the wonderfully designed new 350z, and I was honestly disappointed. Now don't get me wrong its a wonderfully quick vehicle. But if you want a car that will just wrap you around a tree get a Conquest. I prefer handling over anything. The custom potential to the old 1.8T is expansive. They can become extremely fast. I feel that Audi did it right this time, drop a big engine in it and make us do the fun stuff. Just imagine dropping another 5-10 grand into one. A car that grips like a Lotus but has an unbeatable AWD system. Anyone wonder why it can't be beat in the Rally's since the early 80's? |

I think we need to remember what this car is. It's a quick, fun-to-drive, more-fun-to-look-at cruising car. I don't think it was designed to be able to compete with cars like the 350 performancewise. I think it does an excellent job at what it's supposed to do. |

"Hurray! It's about time the TT got some serious juice. Audi knows how to make sports cars. While this improvment is wonderful, it is even better for those folks who enjoy the VW Beetle. VW and Audi ""A"" platforms are interchangeable. A company in Canada, HPA Motorsports figured out that with a lot of elbow grease, one can use the engines and drivetrains from the jetta and TT to create a Monster Beetle. This only adds fuel to the fire, making the chassis swap even easier. And who says that they wish for the good old days of real muscle cars. Today's cars are better in every way.
