 "I have a 2000 550 and it is the best Ferrari I've ever had. I sold my '85 Testarossa in 2000 with 15,000 miles on it. My 550 has 16,000 miles on it already and it is spectacular on the road. Most comfortable, fast, and very quick too. The only problem with it is that is a very sedate looking and sounding car, and for the first time ever I am looking at a Lamborghini; the Murcielago. I've always been afraid of the Lambo build quality, but since the acquisition by Audi, and the subsequent development of the Murcielago, it looks and performs at Ferrari levels, but with more excitement. I like the Enzo but there is no way to drive that in the New York City area, or on long drives."

 My uncle has a shop in seattle that repairs ferraris, porsches, lamborghinis, etc. This car has had some problems, and apparently some piping in them is to weak and they are constantly coming in to be repaired. One of the reasons why it is replaced gy the 575m maranenllo

 I own one of these beauties (in graphite), and I could not ask for more. I first saw it on the road in California, and I knew then that I must have one. Nothing compares to a Ferrari. ('cept my wife's Vanquish!)
