A few weekends ago I had the pleasure of riding in a 190hp., 2005 Elise S2, on the track. It was very reminiscent of go-cart racing! Superb,unbelievable handling and accceleration second to very few indeed! Then there's this Lotus Motorsport 240hp. Exige. A step beyond OR the need for speed becoming an obsession! But WAIT I find this article in June Motor Trend of an outfit titled "Forced Fed". They specialize in "After Market" turbo-charging. The took the Elise S2 to 275hp.! When do they put the wings on? |
