It actually makes 304HP according to a Litchfield Imports dyno test. Still, pretty impressive. I'm a lover of the way it looks, can't wait to see it perform. |

if you ppl on this site don't kno the new sti does 0-60 in 4.5 secs has 320 hp an only weighs 1490kg pretty amazing |

At first I really didn't like the styling of the new Imprezas, but then I saw one in person, I touched it, sat in it and just looked it all over and it really grew on me. Personally I think this could evolve into a fantastic looking car. |

Sure the car may have lots in common with the latest Renault, Peugot and BMW road rockets but as they say if you wanna beat 'em just join 'em. I like the style as it has pizazz and passion and looks like a racer or a serious sports/sporting car. Previous iterations of the Impreza WRX have always left me cold being too much like an after-market parts bolted on tarted up family sedan a la "Fast and Furious". The new model leaves that bland and staid exterior and boring image behind for good and about due time too. The compact new model appears to have a shorter wheel base which should deliver far better turn in and handling for the twisty bits. So if it goes better and IS better why all the beef? |

I'm still not entirely happy with the design of the new impreza, i though that once i saw one in real life and sat in one it would grow on me but i dont know, it just doesnt have the same effect as such earier models such as the 22B or the 2003-2005 Scubi. where did it all go wrong? |

Subaru did a fine job making their new WRX look just like a BMW! I hope they're proud. First they copied Toyota, now BMW. |
