 If the branding department at Daimler-Chrysler simply assumed that George Lucas made up the named "Stormtrooper" and didn't bother to do some research, they're idiots.

 Nice to see that they named a car after the militant branch of the Nazi Party. I wonder if it comes a Brown Shirt that you're supposed to wear while you drive it? I hope this is just some stupid tuner that named this and not Chrysler . . . Daimler-Chrysler, formerly known as Daimler-Benz. In light of Daimler-Benz's continuing struggle over the last sixty years to disassociate Mercedes-Benz with being the official car of the Nazi Party, this name is very ill-advised.
