Even though it's unlikely to come to the states anytime soon, and, like all modern cars, it's too heavy. I'm excited because it's at least somewhat low-slung; and with that, VAG may finally undo some of the damage it did to the coupe market with the dome-roofed TT. Don't get me wrong, I liked the TT in and of itself, but in their rush to copy it's high-centered proportions, they've created some atrocities. This car looks set to redres the balance slightly, and should be a shot in the arm for the lower end of the coupe market. And the interior looks to be the best from VW in a while. |
