If it's a Stingray, then surely they could easily get more than a comparatively pathetic 444bhp out of that engine?! A Brit in a shed or an Italian with a crazy hat (I'm British, no stereotyping at all here) could get at least 600bhp from that beastly engine!

All in all, I'd say it's a brave move that might not work.
 The Best Corvette yet.

There are so many improvements in this new Corvette, they claim only two items from the C6 are used on the new car. Every truly new issue of a brand takes some getting used to. I feel sorry for the people who committed to hating it and had not seen the convertible. It's pure dynamite. What can I say, I'm a Corvette guy. I would love to have one.
 Niiiice!!

Rick Hendrick spent over 1Million to own the first VIN... Says enough to me. I dont recall all of the naysayers speaking out when the retro pony cars came on the market. Besides, Camaros are for folks who couldnt afford a Vette. How many cars have been styled like the original Stingray? or any other Vette for that matter? Say that then.....

This Corvette has the nose of a Viper and the tail of a Camaro. Now we know that GM is in serious trouble if they can't even come up with a cool Corvette.
