This looks like a modern Delorean, good looking, Gullwing doors, and slow.
Good from afar, but far from good...

If this concept car is what the current 6-series grew out of, I am quite impressed. I hate everything that has come out of Chris Bangle's graduating class, besides the 6-series. I find the 6-series absolutely gorgeous, especially the M6, and I think that the evolution of the 6 from this concept car couldn't have been any prettier.

I really don't like the styling of some of the new BMWs. The Z4 is amazing, but this & the 7 series just don't look like BMWs any more. I think BMW designers hit their peak with the 635.

BMW styling has a way of growing on me. At first this thing seemed realy grotesque, but now that it's been a couple years since it came out I think it's downright gorgeous. Its a cleaner and more elegant version of the 7's styling with a bolder stance and more agressive nose. Very beautiful. This car belongs on the production line! It's as modern looking today as the 850 was in 1990!

Id love this engine in my car. The 3.9l turbo diesel gets 180kW. Not much, but look at the torque. 560Nm of grunt is sweet, and all without breaking a sweat. Who cares about looks, I want to drive it.

i'm just inquiring if motorhead needs glasses or a 12 step plan, because this thing is quite hideous. It's a coupe version of the 7 Series, a car which is no beauty of it's own, and as for the doors, quite a novelty, but i do like them, but thats the only thing about this car that i do like. The comments abot the back are truly bogus, can you honestly tell me you LIKE the back fo these cars??? they look like a taxi, and probably are about as practical.

I think i-drive should be an option on all BMW cars, look at how many 745's they've sold so far and i-drive is standard. Don't hate i-drive until you've used it. It actually is very intuitive once you get used to it. Te point of it is to not look at the button while ur using it, kinda like using the mouse on your computer.
 quite nice eh!!!

When i first looked at it from the front, the car looked like trash but after looking at it from the back it is fantstic. The front looks messy but the back looks clean and neat with little lines. If this car goes into production i think BMW should illeminate the i-drive. You take like 2 hours to memorise 1 fuction! BMW is smart in not putting the i-drive in the Z4 as they know it will not be popular with the i-drive. CONFUSION LEADS TO LOWER SALES!!!!!!
 Hopefully NOT!!!!!

If this is a BMw design wave, i'm gonna have to start dreaming about Audis!!! Man, why does BMW not see the pure, unblemished ugliness that is the Z9, 7 Series, Z4 and (though hopefully not) most likely the new 5 and 6 Series. please god, strike a plague on BMW desgin so that they can go back to classic lookers, not modern shockers.
Hopefully a showcase of what's to come

This car is gorgeous! Its front is just a tad bloated, but that can be easily fixed. I just hope that BMW don't take styling cues from this car like they did for the new 7-series, which looks ok. But man, this car is absolute genius! This would make a good replacement for the Z3. So what if it looks a bit like an Audi... This and the BMW 316 ti Compact: Two beautiful cars hinting at the future, certainly a bright future.
