this is the return to the pinnacle which the corvette dominated some 30 years ago, yes the ZR-1 shares the same hp rating, the LS6 has less complex machanics and produces the equivalent to that of the ZR-1. this is the beginning of what is to come soon nothing american will even be able to compete with that of the corvette |

...and it does have a very powerful V12 engine but it is a test car and only one example was made... the Mclaren on the other hand is a full production car so it's inappropriate to compare the two. The claims are that the McLaren F1 is the fatest production car, not that outright it is the fastest car as there are many aftermarket specials that would easily show a McLaren F1 a clean set of heels. For example A couple of highly modified Skyline GTRs in Japan are capable of getting to 300km/h in 13 seconds. The purpose of the Conan was to test the strength of the Corvette chassis. The purpose of the McLaren F1 is entirely different to any Corvette, they are very different cars and both have their own strong merits. |

well as i said this is the best car in the world and for those of you that said that the Mc Laren is the fastest car in the world well i got news for you. there's a corvette called corvette connan which it has a big ass v-12 with 750 HP 0-60 1.3 sec soooooooooooo what did ya think now ? i want a mc laren to do that . well lets get back to the z06 this car has a bad ass handling compared with any other domestic. |
