There were suppose to be "problems" with the rep system, but now it's even worse. This thread was started 13 hours ago and it already has 13 pages, that's got to be some record.. And it's not the only thread created due to the removal of the rep system.

I used to care about them, but lately I just feel like Suka "I don't care about my rep level but it does feel good every time you receive one"


If bringing the rep system back to the forum will bring peace then for heaven's sake bring it back!

I will not leave the forum because the rep system is gone, that's just ridiculous.

Errrr lets just leave it, instead of submitting bitching posts, how about posting ideas for a NEW and IMPROVED rep system! I did... but you can see that worked...

It was fun, I agree, and the poll that I set up showed a majority (nearly double!) wanted rep back... if it was perhaps reinstated with:
a) automatic signing OR it doesn't work unless you sign your name
b) public viewing- everyone can see your good or bads, provoking no "friendly help" or pointless neg-repping.
c) mods check up frequently on the rep.

I for one am staying- even though I really liked my rep, I'm not going to be childish and leave.

UCP was around a long time before there even were forums, so I don't think such a minor change to the system will bring about its downfall.

It has only been gone a day or so, and apart from all these threads about how you want your precious rep back, things seem to be continuing as normal.

This really has been blown out of all proportion by a minority of users.
It is silly.

Do you really believe the majority of posters will leave because there isn't rep anymore?
