i saw the SL65 at a motorshow in mid december. the GT is more luxurious but lacks performance. i saw an acceleration test on Top Gear between the bentley GT, Aston Martin DB9 & CL65. the CL was the fastest with the DB9 not far behind but the GT was left behind.
The SL looks amazing in real life & is more powerful, much better than the SL55. so im choosing it.

What exactly are the optical differences between the SL55 and the SL65 (exept for the V12 badge and the air intakes infront of the front wheels)?

From what I can see from the pics the alloys are different. Maybe the interior aswell?

the bumpers , air intakes & alloys are the main diferences. i know in the photos it looks ordinary but in real its different. its more aggressive than the SL55.

In terms of performance, they arn't that different. Appart from the fact that the sl 65 would win 0-60 and im assuming through the gears, the Bentley isnt limited to 155 mph. The Bentley is more comfortable and IMO looks better

I think it would be better to compare the Bentley Continental GT with CL65 AMG not with the SL. And as far as I know, the Bentley has a top speed of 318 km/h.

i think you are right. the SL is a roadster whereas the CL is a luxury coupe & is a direct competitor of the GT
