    i'd definitely get a renault clio v6. i love those cars!!!!! and im pretty sure they are under 30000 pounds. Now that really is a pocket rocket!!!

    Or Hexham Horseless Carriages have a rather stunning 4.5 Lightweight in classic McLaren papaya orange for a fiver under 30K

    You could get 2 for the price, so you'd be able to get the engine tuned up to it's full 250bhp capability and STILL get decent mileage aroudn town.
