Aside from basic information it seems every media outlet covering this car spends most copy deriding it's supposed designer, Muammar Gaddafi. It's supposed to be a "safety car" but it's not clear what new features it has to make it safer. Naturally, grand pronouncements such as the one below are fresh fish for western media outlets to gut. The car itself looks different, anyway.
