If i understood it right(Talking about the new one) they referred the italian job as their method of stealing the gold. Like the way they made it drop through the floors at the beginning and the road at the end.

napoleon dynamite is maybe one of the the best movies ever, but you've got to be in a good mood or you wont laugh at all. just dont take any of it seriously
