    DS is just an abbreviation for Dual Screens, but nobody actually calls it the Nintendo Dual Screens. So Citroen Probaly can't sue for that.

    Citroen used the name DS (pronounced in French as de-eese, meaning goddess). Dual Screen was not what Citroen had in mind If Nintende uses the abbreviation as a sales issue then Citroen could have a point.

    Maybe Nintendo paid Citroen to let them do that or the other way around or maybe Citroen really could sue Nintendo or vice versa. I really don't know.
