    i dont get it... why did he go through all that trouble just to swap the engine??? why not keep the SLR? this guy must be filthy rich that he has so much money to waste...

    i wonder what he did with the SLR's shell?

    surprisingley, one day I looked at the engine from the hood vents and realized that the engine had no signature (all Amg cars from 2002 had a signautre on the engine including the SLR when it was launched in 2004). A freind of mine who knows the son of the owner told me that the engine costed bin sulayem 120000 US Dollars. this explains why their is no signature.
