i was not around very often in the days of rep. all i can remeber is that i lost 1 point because i said someone was an idiot or something. rep was stoopid.
we dont need rep to recognise good posters. quality posts come from quality members, after a week, tops, any new member knows who has quality and who is a bullshitter.everybody else that has been around for long enough knows better than to trust a rep system.
it was , in theory, a good idea, that was perverted by some users into silly popularity competition.
