Unfortunately, I couldn't watch the match but I was getting feedback from soccernet.com's live text-commentry and 6'bore, and it was great even at that.

Simply astounding how Liverpool tooks out its revenge in the 2nd half...the first time ever in Euro Cup history. Something must have happened in that little box they were sitting in. Then of course the penaties were superb for the tiring players

One of the greatest games of the year that I've seen so far

come on liverpool, i love you!!

3-0 down at half time, amazing header from Gerrard who motivated the team to get a great strike from Smicer and a post-penalty goal from Alonso. 3-2 on penalties.

    AMAZING GAME!!!

Liverpool FC - 5 time champions of Europe

Now we get to keep the cup, they need to make a new one for next year

Unbelievable match, when Crespo scored his second, I had practically no hope of Liverpool winning it. But luckily it was just me. It's funny though how easily Milan's defense opened up in the second half.

it is now probably better understandable how sad it was that PSV outplayed Milan twice, but failed to qualify for the final.

It's sad that the UEFA was unable to field a proper set or referees.
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

i said it in all the polls about the quarters, semis and the final.

liverpool had the determination and strength to come back from 3 down to win (albeit through penalties)

i just hope we can get a chance to defend it next year
