In this case I agree, the SLR may already be a classic for MB. Modifying it may lessen it's value over time. Kinda like modifying in any way a Gullwing

Peformance may be the same of slightly lower, I can't say. But you can't even drive it on the roads.
Of all the things Brabus have done, it shouldn't have been this. But they also have to be trusted I guess, so Mercedes gave them a few to play around with.

Generally Brabus makes faster/more powerful cars than AMG. i wouldnt be surprised if this was the case here tooWhat the hell???

almost every supercar has a more powerful tuned version somewhere.
gemballa CGT, koenig F50, Hamaan Gallardo, etc. etc.

i think that with all its tweeks and adjustments, and in black
this is now the ultimate stealth car, apart from the sound of the engine
in siver it just looks like another mercedes SL

AMG have already done what you see today. A lot of the SLR came from AMG. I'm just saying that I prefer it that way rather than giving it to the second part of Mercedes's tuning division. Let AMG have its own, and Brabus have its own.
