I doubt TamiyaCon would except this since the main focal point of the model is the body which is not theirs.

Don't really know the rules for that contest as I never cared much for the concept or format....Tamiya produces so few models in recent years that the variety at the contest is severely lacking. If I did enter that event I'd take my Carrera GT Coupe.Isn't there a section on Tamiya transkits?
