i would say it was likely copyright infringement, but then again these are chinese. and copyright infringement is product development to them.

I'm not complaining by any means about what you are doing.
CMC pointed that this could be a copyright infringement as this kind of stuff is supposed only for "media purposes", which this is not. However, half the internet and the whole Hide-out section of this very forum is using media material for a non-media purpose, so everything is fine I'd say.
