As much as I like Cotterik's entry, I'm gonna have to go with McReis on this one. It's a stunning picture which seems to be a rather hard shot.

Cotterik, my vote would have gone to you if it weren't for the foreground running into the background that much. Even though the foreground is in focus, the background draws away from it whilst it's not. Good picture, but the focus wasn't done well in my opinion.

Hahaha, Drakkie, you will use all sorts of back-handed attempts to win this competition. I think this had more to do with UCR having an awesome picture rather than him making it easier on you to just post it inline rather than as an attachment. (Which I prefer in my two competitions)

BTW, I understand this is a rule but I find it to be WAY too harsh. And why wasn't Jimbo warned about this before the voting was started?

First my photo in the general photo comp wasnt enterd in the poll for no reason, and now my photo for this comp isnt entered.

Ok my image was uploaded without using the ucp attachment system, but why wasnt i told before this thread was made?

I personally think it's not only unfair on UCR, but also the eventual winner of the competition. Maybe I'd be wrong, but I'd expect UCR's pic to have won the poll, which means that the actual winner will be left knowing that their victory wasn't really as satisfying as it could have been.
